Golden Balm — Turmeric Tallow Body Balm
Our newest jar is the one Yvonne kept making for herself before she ever made it for anyone else.
Golden Balm is grass-fed Texas tallow warmed with turmeric, castor oil and jojoba oil. The turmeric gives it that deep golden color you see in the jar. Castor oil makes it rich and slow to absorb, the kind of balm you work in with your hands rather than swipe on and forget. Jojoba keeps the whole thing from feeling heavy.
It is a body balm, made for the places that take a beating: hands, feet, elbows, knees, shoulders after a long day. Scoop a little, warm it between your palms, and take a minute to massage it in. That minute is the point.
What's inside: Grass-fed tallow, turmeric, castor oil, jojoba oil, essential oils. That's the whole list.
Good to know: Turmeric is a natural dye. It can temporarily tint skin, fabric and surfaces, so wash your hands after use and keep it away from light-colored clothing and towels until it has absorbed.
How to use: Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin wherever you want it. Best at the end of the day. A little goes a long way.
Slow-rendered. Small batch. Made in Uvalde, Texas.
